3. Product Purchases and Orders
3.1 - All purchases of prescription eyewear, contact lenses, and accessories are subject to availability.
3.2 - Customers must provide a valid prescription for prescription lenses and contact lenses.
3.3 - Ideal Optical/Ideal Eyecare is not responsible for errors arising from outdated or incorrect prescriptions provided by the customer.
3.4 - Special orders require full payment before processing and are non-refundable unless defective.
3.5 - Please take note that Ideal Optical/Eyecare will not hold and is not responsible for any unpaid products left unclaimed 60 days beyond the patient being notified. Any such items will be returned to stock.
