1. Processing Time
1.1 - All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
1.2 - Process, depending on the complexity of the prescription and lens customizations.
1.3 - Orders with special coatings or lens treatments may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer the following shipping options within Canada:
  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) – Free on orders over $100.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days) – Additional charges apply.
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days) – Additional charges apply.
For international shipping, delivery times and costs vary based on location. Please contact us for a quote.
3. Tracking Your Order
3.1 - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
3.2 - You can track your package using the provided link or through the carriers website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
5.1 - If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
5.2 - For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
