Return and Refund Policy:
 
Ideal Optical/Ideal Eyecare is committed to providing high-quality eyewear and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Prescription Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
1.1 - All prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses are custom-made and therefore non-refundable.
1.2 - If there are any issues with your prescription, we offer a one-time lens remake within 30 days of purchase, provided that a valid prescription is presented.
1.3 - If there is an issue with your prescription, we offer a one-time complimentary lens replacement within 30 days of pickup, provided a valid prescription is presented.
1.4 - If you are unsatisfied with progressive lenses, we offer a 60-day adaptation period, allowing one free lens exchange to an alternative lens design.
1.5 - Frames may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another frame of equal or greater value (price difference must be paid). The returned frame must be in its original condition, without scratches or damage.
2. Non-Prescription Sunglasses & Frames
2.1 - Non-prescription sunglasses and frames may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
2.2 - A 20% restocking fee may apply.
3. Contact Lenses
3.1 - Unopened, unmarked, and undamaged boxes of contact lenses may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Opened or damaged boxes cannot be returned due to health regulations.
4. Miscellaneous Products
4.1 - Any supplements, nutrients, dry eye or lid hygiene products and red light glasses are all FINAL SALE.
5. Defective Products & Warranty Claims
5.1 - If your eyewear has a manufacturers defect, we will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
5.2 - Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) cover defects but do not include accidental damage, scratches, dog chewing, or normal wear and tear.
6. Final Sale Items
6.1 - Customized lenses, special-order frames, clearance items, and promotional sales are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund Processing
6.2 - Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
